Study Zone Home Tuition follows a transparent and fair refund policy.
1. General Policy
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are considered only under exceptional circumstances.
2. Service Initiation
If services are not initiated by Study Zone Home Tuition, a partial refund may be processed.
3. Attended Classes
No refund will be issued for classes already attended.
4. Missed Classes
Missed classes by students are not eligible for refund.
5. Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via registered email.
6. Processing Time
Processing time for approved refunds may take 3–5 working days.
7. Deductions
Any applicable deductions will be communicated in advance.
8. Tutor Dissatisfaction
Tutor dissatisfaction alone does not guarantee a refund.
9. Management Rights
Management reserves full rights regarding refund decisions.
10. Technical Issues
Online class technical issues do not qualify for refunds.
11. Final Decision
All decisions by management shall be final and binding.
