1. Service Description
Study Zone Home Tuition provides academic support services through qualified tutors.
2. Admission
Admission is subject to availability of tutors and confirmation by management.
3. Fee Payment
Fees must be paid in advance as per the agreed schedule. Fees once paid are non-transferable.
4. Tutor Allocation
Tutor allocation is based on subject requirement, location, and availability. Tutor replacement, if required, will be provided at management's discretion.
5. Class Scheduling
Classes once scheduled will not be rescheduled unless informed in advance.
6. Conduct and Behavior
Any misconduct or misbehavior may lead to immediate termination of services.
7. Academic Results
Study Zone Home Tuition is not responsible for academic results, as performance depends on student effort.
8. Learning Environment
Parents/guardians must ensure a safe and suitable learning environment at home.
9. Online Classes
Online classes require stable internet; technical issues are not our responsibility.
10. Class Material
Recording, sharing, or misuse of class material is strictly prohibited.
11. Policy Modifications
The management reserves the right to modify fees, schedules, or policies without prior notice.
12. Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh) jurisdiction only.
13. Acceptance of Terms
Use of our website implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
14. Coordination Authority
Study Zone Home Tuition is the sole coordinating authority between teachers and parents.
15. Direct Communication Policy
Direct coordination, communication, or private agreement between teachers and parents is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the management. All matters including class schedules, fees, rescheduling, syllabus, performance updates, complaints, and feedback must be communicated only through Study Zone Home Tuition.
16. Contact Restrictions
Teachers are not permitted to share personal contact details with parents, and parents are not permitted to directly contact teachers.
